Excellent location, but not very good value for money
Location is very good for Leicester Square and for Theatres and China Town.
The room was quite small for the amount of money we paid. The terrace bar is very very over priced, something like £9 for a bottle of beer is far too much, and the cocktails are also expensive. No draught beer working which would have been £10 for a pint.

Great location, but make sure you check what room you are getting!!
Checking in was simple and straightforward. Receptionist was polite and friendly. Room was spacious and had a good supply of tea, coffee and water which was appreciated.
Room cleanliness was sketchy, mostly very clean but had a bedside rug which needed to be properly cleaned/fluff removed. Toilet roll holder placement meant that you needed to be a contortionist to gain access to it. Rain shower was good but no separate shower head/hose available for my wife to clean/rinse thoroughly. Room provided (Room 215) backed on to another building which had music playing loudly until I finally fell asleep at around 1am. Disturbed at around 6am as the room was also next to a storage room and the door banged and voices heard. Further disturbance at 7am with cleaning personnel welcoming each other loudly. Room door lock external cover fell off when opening the door, I managed to replace this and Door security chain was snapped. Finally room had no external window, did have aircon which was desperately needed. Just glad we only booked one night.
